The CORE Business Development Architecture™ - and specifically the CORE DNA™ (Deal Net Analysis) was built from extensive real-world commercial analysis, not abstract theory.

Its origins lie in a deep review of hundreds of global business engagements across enterprise technology, connectivity, hardware, software, consulting, and professional services. Over time, a consistent pattern emerged: success or failure in complex commercial environments was overwhelmingly driven by four decisive factors:

L. Duke Golden is the founder and CEO of GOLDENCORE and the creator of the CORE Business Development Architecture™.

For over three decades Duke has led technology engineering, sales, business development, and strategic consulting initiatives for some of the world’s most influential enterprises, including Ciena, Deutsche Telekom, Tesla, Huawei, Vodafone, Kaspersky, and Johnson & Johnson, across more than 120 countries and over 650 business engagements. His career has consistently delivered high performance against revenue, margin, and strategic growth objectives in both private and public sector environments.

His experience combines technical credibility, Hogan-verified business reasoning, and top-tier global commercial acumen. That combination ultimately led to the creation of GOLDENCORE: a business advisory designed to help organizations move from relevance to traction, from complexity to clarity, and from opportunity to execution.  

Euan Kerr – Vice President, Business Services

As Vice President, Business Services, Euan Kerr strengthens GOLDENCORE’s ability to deliver structured, high-value support across client engagements and operational execution.

Euan brings over 25 years experience from senior business roles at Vodafone Business, Titan.ium (formerly NetNumber), and DHL, where he managed complex global Tier 1 business engagements in demanding, high-stakes commercial delivery environments.

His background spans enterprise business development, strategic customer engagement, and complex international delivery across major global accounts.
