Duke Golden – Founder and CEO

Founded by Duke Golden in 2025, GOLDENCORE is a globally minded, European consultancy built on more than two decades of high-performance business results in the global technology sector.

The mission of GOLDENCORE is simple: help technology sales and procurement organizations succeed smarter, faster, and more profitably using the CORE methodology — a proven framework distilled from Duke’s 25+ years of front-line and executive experience in enterprise technology sales, strategy, and leadership.

Duke has led sales, business development, and strategic consulting initiatives for some of the world’s most influential technology companies — including Deutsche Telekom, Tesla, Huawei, Vodafone, Johnson & Johnson and many others — in over 80 countries. He has led nearly 600 engagements with global enterprises, consistently exceeding revenue and margin targets, and driving transformative change in both private-sector and public-sector engagements.*

GOLDENCORE works with an extensive network of trainers and partners supporting the CORE methodology in major markets, both onsite and online, across Europe, North America and APAC.

The CORE Methodology

Built from this rich foundation of global business acumen and experience, Duke created the proprietary CORE methodology in 2019 — a linear synthesis of CONTROL, OWNERSHIP, RELATIONSHIP, and EXECUTION — to give sales and procurement teams a tactical and strategic blueprint for consistent, high-margin success. Initially designed for enterprise technology sellers and live-tested in the real world for the last five years, CORE has since expanded into a versatile set of consulting, training, and deal support services for both sellers and buyers in complex, competitive environments.

Approach

While GOLDENCORE engagements are highly bespoke, blending Duke’s direct C-level experience, multi-sector expertise, and hands-on deal coaching, they are all based on the CORE methodology.
